Place the items in their original packaging with all TIGC tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
